At Folk Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
